Platinum Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Packages and packages with meal service can be rescheduled with 24-48 hour advance notice. If notice is received within 24 hours of the appointment, the meal deposit must be forfeited. Meal service will need to be repaid for the rescheduled visit.
